I recently brought my 1987 Mercedes-Benz to Straight Auto Body to have the hood repainted, and the results exceeded my expectations. Matching the paint on a vehicle this old is no easy task, but they got it absolutely right. The color match is spot-on and blends seamlessly with the rest of the car. Zach was great to work with throughout the process. He kept me updated every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with the car. The communication, professionalism, and quality of the work were all outstanding. If you’re looking for a body shop that takes pride in its craftsmanship and treats customers well, I highly recommend Straight Auto Body.

I am baffled that Lexus of Glendale recommends this shop. While the front-desk staff is exceptionally polite, their actual repair work is incredibly sub-par. You would think an authorized center handling an endless stream of Lexus vehicles would have basic diagnostic intuition, but their incompetence turned a standard repair into a nightmare. They missed obvious quality-control items immediately (a security dash light left on and a rear window that wouldn't roll down). But their failure to diagnose mechanical accident damage is a massive safety issue: Missed Damage #1: They claimed they did a thorough inspection, but I immediately had to return the car due to a crazy loud grinding noise. They finally realized a wheel bearing had failed from the accident. They replaced it, but didn't bother to check the other wheels. Missed Damage #2: The noise persisted. When I brought it back again, they couldn't figure it out. They had to send my car to a real Lexus dealership, where technicians instantly found a second failed wheel bearing on the other side. How does a specialized shop miss obvious collision impact twice? Do they just pick and choose when to do a thorough job, or is safety overl

The best in the business! I have had two repairs and a window tint here and was so happy with every service. Not only is the team incredibly reliable and friendly, but their work speaks for itself. I highly recommend bringing you car here for any body work that is needed. Simon has an amazing attitude along with his team that gets things done. I was involved in minor collision in which I was referred to come here and it was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, with the drop off, everything went smooth. They took my car in, and helped me sort out my rental situation with the insurance. The very next day they updated me on what was going on with the insurance and the adjuster. Once everything was sorted they gave me an update that they were going to begin repairing. Throughout the entire repair process they sent me photo updates with information as to which stage it was in. I am extremely satisfied with their work. Not only did they do fix the damage to the highest standard, but they also kept me updated throughout the whole process. The communication that they kept with me took a lot of stress off my mind, knowing that I was in good hands and that they were taking care of the damage to the best of their abilities. Again, I highly recommend this body shop for quality customer service and phenomenal work.
